How to Do:

2. Listening to Music:

  • Play relaxing music, such as classical or nature sounds, using a music player.
  • Optionally, provide headphones for a more immersive experience.
  • Encourage the child to sit back, relax, and focus on the music.

3. Engagement with Music:

  • If desired, the child can use a fidget toy in their hands to help them focus and stay engaged while listening.
  • Encourage the child to describe how the music makes them feel or if they notice any patterns or instruments in the music.

4. Relaxation and Focus:

  • Allow the child to close their eyes or simply listen while remaining in a relaxed position.
  • Emphasize deep breathing and mindfulness during the activity to promote calmness and relaxation.
