How to Do:
1. Setup:

2. Guided Pressure Application:
- Use mild to medium pressure while brushing, allowing the participant to guide and communicate their preferred pressure level.
3. Brushing Sequence:
Perform the following steps with each texture:
- Soft Powder Puff
– Brush both arms up and down 10 times.
– Brush both legs up and down 10 times.
– Brush the back and over the shoulders 10 times.
- Smooth Silky Cloth
– Brush both arms up and down 10 times.
– Brush both legs up and down 10 times.
– Brush the back and over the shoulders 10 times.
- Lambswool Cloth
– Brush both arms up and down 10 times.
– Brush both legs up and down 10 times.
– Brush the back and over the shoulders 10 times.
4. Repeat:
- Complete the sequence for all textures, adjusting pressure and pace based on the participant’s feedback.
5. Relaxation:
- Allow the participant to sit quietly after the activity, focusing on the calming sensations from the brushing.
